Introduction
No idea at this point....just here for fun.....my wife and I are new to this but did have a recent experience that tells me that we are in the right place. I would love to say that we are in great shape, but that would be stretching the truth. We both have a little extra padding (in the process of shedding that with excercise and portion control).
